### PROCESSING INFORMATION

Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins. This takes approximately 1 to 2 business days (weekends and holidays not included). After processing, orders are shipped from our warehouse.

### SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. All orders are also tracked, meaning you can follow it from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your door. Polo Patron takes responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged. We are not responsible for delays unless the customer has not received the package after 30 days. In this case, the customer can get a refund.

We operate a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
